Everything you need to know about OASIS and how we work.
About OASIS
What is OASIS?
OASIS (Oliva Automation Systems & Intelligence Standard) is a structured methodology for automation consulting. It ensures every automation is grounded in validated processes, controlled for risk, and measured for impact before implementation. Think of it as engineering discipline applied to automation — with 5 mandatory quality gates, documented fallback strategies, and quantified ROI at every stage.
How long does an OASIS audit take?
Quick Win assessments are delivered in 5 business days. Standard audits with implementation take 12-14 business days. Advanced transformation programs run 3-4 weeks covering 3-5 processes. Enterprise engagements are custom-scoped based on your organization's complexity.
What do I receive at the end of an audit?
A complete OASIS Audit Package including: Process Intelligence Report with flow diagrams, Automation Opportunity Matrix (scored and prioritized), Risk Assessment with fallback strategies, ROI projections with payback analysis, and an Implementation Roadmap with timelines and resource requirements. Advanced and Enterprise packages also include Solution Architecture Design and prototype implementations.
What are quality gates?
Quality gates are mandatory checkpoints in the OASIS methodology. There are 5 gates: Process Validation, Automation Feasibility, Risk & Security, Architecture Approval, and Impact Validation. Nothing moves forward until the current gate is approved by a senior reviewer. This prevents premature automation and ensures every recommendation has been thoroughly validated.
Do you use AI in your process?
Yes, but with strict controls. AI assists with research, analysis, and content generation, but never controls critical decisions. Every AI-generated output is reviewed by a human before it reaches a client. This is our "AI as Assistant Only" rule — AI helps, humans decide. No black boxes.
Working With Us
How is pricing structured?
Four packages: Quick Win ($2,500) for a focused single-process assessment delivered in 5 days, Standard ($10,000) for a full audit plus primary process implementation in 12-14 days, Advanced ($18,000) for a complete transformation of 3-5 processes in 3-4 weeks, and Enterprise (custom scope) for multi-department programs. All prices are in USD.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We serve clients in the United States and Canada. Our team is distributed across both countries, and we support multiple deployment models including client on-premises environments, cloud, and hybrid configurations.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Absolutely. OASIS is tool-agnostic. We evaluate your current technology stack and recommend the best approach — which often means optimizing what you already have rather than replacing everything. Our Approved Tool Catalog includes Microsoft 365, n8n, Power Automate, Make, Python, and many more.
Do you implement the automations or just audit?
Standard and Advanced packages focus on audit and architecture — we give you the blueprint. Enterprise packages include hands-on implementation support, monitoring setup, and training. We can also provide implementation as a separate engagement after the audit is complete.
What industries do you serve?
We work across Engineering & Manufacturing, Technology & SaaS, Professional Services, Healthcare, Logistics, and more. The OASIS methodology is industry-agnostic — it applies to any organization with processes that can benefit from automation. Our quality gates and risk assessments adapt to industry-specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).
Data & Security
How do you handle our confidential data?
All client data is protected under NDA and confidentiality agreements executed before any engagement begins. We implement encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. We never share client data with third parties without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are your solutions compliant with regulations?
We design every solution with compliance in mind. For healthcare clients, we ensure HIPAA compliance. For financial services, SOC 2 considerations. Every OASIS audit includes a dedicated Risk & Security quality gate (Gate 3) that specifically covers regulatory requirements relevant to your industry.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every OASIS automation includes a documented manual fallback strategy. This is mandatory — no automation ships without a tested fallback procedure. Enterprise packages also include monitoring recommendations, alerting configurations, and escalation procedures for production incidents.
Where is data stored during an engagement?
During engagements, project data is stored in our secure US-based infrastructure with encryption and access controls. For Canadian clients, we comply fully with PIPEDA requirements regarding cross-border data transfers. Clients always retain full ownership of their data.
Can I request data deletion?
Yes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@olivainternationaltech.com. We will comply within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
